Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, the Paralegal plays a crucial role within the national Legal Team by providing paralegal and administrative support.
Responsibilities include executing or assisting with routine governance, legal, and administrative tasks. Acting as a bridge between the business and the Legal Team, the Paralegal offers initial support, addressing queries and escalating issues as needed.
Specific tasks involve general administrative support, board reporting, governance assistance, legal policy implementation, preliminary contract review, drafting and amending correspondence and contracts, and conducting ad-hoc legal research. Additionally, the Paralegal proactively identifies areas for process improvement within the Legal department.
This is a permanent position based at our Head Office in South Guildford, WA.
