THE VACANCY

If you’re looking to build your legal career in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, look no further.
As a Paralegal within our Recoveries team, you will be working in a nationally recognised department. You will provide support on cases for a wide range of clients with high quality work for blue-chip, well-known national clients, across varied business streams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Producing letters and emails according to the needs of individual cases
  • Assessing each case to select the appropriate action
  • Preparing court issue and enforcement documents
  • Negotiating and monitoring of instalment pay offers
  • Accounting and reporting to clients
  • Liaising with key stakeholders over the phone
  • Involvement in disputed and defended cases and all necessary procedures

This role would be an excellent first step into a career in law, potentially having completed A-level or equivalent study; equally, we welcome applications from experienced Paralegals or those with strong administration and customer service exposure.
