Description:
Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a Parking Attendant at 612 St-Jacques, Montreal location. As a Parking Attendant, you will operate the parking for the building and provide exceptional service to the tenants.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Must possess a Class 5 driver’s license.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the parking facility and manage double parking.
- Handle reservation requests.
- Provide car wash to tenants as requested.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the parking area, fostering a welcoming environment for all.
- Complete minor repair work (painting, wall repairs, changing lights, and others).
- Serve as a proactive liaison by promptly informing the Property Manager of any maintenance or repair needs, contributing to the overall efficiency and functionality of the site.
