Part Time Accounting Technician - Dublin South - Permanent

You will be responsible for managing daily accounting procedures and maintaining communication with internal and external clients.

• Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 (Pro rata)

KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills are essential
• At least 3 years working in a similar accounting position
• Comfortable working on your own
• Microsoft Office/Excel skills are essential
• Accounting technician qualification is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Accounts Payable processes
• Approving invoices from creditors and purchases, including project cost analysis
• Handling banking activities, including reconciliations and online transactions
• Maintaining computerized accounting systems
• Recording financial information within project management software
• Filing government statistics reports
• Assisting with the Annual Audit process
• Supporting Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Financial Management responsibilities
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed
