Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle mail services including but not limited to daily mail processing, filing, notify clients, update database, track and update Mail Option Forms
  • Manage inbound and outbound mails and couriers
  • Answering door intercom and phone calls, include greeting and welcoming guests
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Any other ad-hoc jobs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, motivated & responsible team player
    Proper training would be given to eligible candidates. Fresh graduates are welcome.
    3 days per week, 9am to 5p
