Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Caboolture Branch is looking for a Contract Part-time Part-time Administration Officer (12 month contract) for 12 months to cover our reception tasks, general branch administration and support our sales and service department. This role offers an opportunity for you to use your existing skills and learn new ones. This role will offer approximately 6 hours a day, 5 days a week and can be flexible for the right candidate.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Be the first point of contact and “the face of the branch” assisting customers and connecting them with the right person/department.
  • Perform general administrative/reception duties including phone and email enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service Department
  • Banking/Postage on a daily basis

YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO THE ROLE:

  • Strong administration background from a relevant industry would be desirable.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
  • Strong Computer skills including extensive systems knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
