Here at UPP we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (Systems) to join our Oxford team.
As Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining all administrative systems and supporting with the co-ordination of site operations whilst providing comprehensive customer service.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 22 hours per week from 8am to 12:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12pm Friday. The salary is £17,887.30 per annum (pro-rated from the full-time equivalent of £30,487.99).

Role responsibilities include:

  • administering deposits and refunds
  • assisting in the procurement of goods and services via the purchasing system
  • assisting in the maintaining of statutory and compliance records
  • collating information for reporting purposes
  • operating the room booking database
  • operating the property management database
  • maintaining communications with residents and responding to queries
  • covering Front Reception duties as required
  • liaising with University administrative departments as required and UPP central functions
  • assisting in marketing
