Description:

Appliance Product Pro’s are experts in appliance sales and product knowledge. They are experts in providing information regarding extended service protection and selling protection plans and are able to provide sound recommends on products offered as well as help out in other departments. They must possess strong follow-up skills, enabling them to process customer transactions, from pre-qualification to delivery, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
  • Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing approved consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify customer needs and provide appropriate services.
  • Understand website navigations and proactively leverage technology in order to facilitate the customer experience.
  • Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness by maintaining the appliance department in accordance with department housekeeping standards.
  • Execute the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by store management and ensure that the department is performing (on a weekly basis) to the expectations.
  • Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized.
  • Aid customers in selecting their appliances in store, on our website, as well as processing special orders and maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Optimize Protection Plans, delivery and installation.
  • Keep up with new products and training offered by Home Hardware.
