Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Dental Receptionist to join our Dundrum Dental Surgery, part of the Portman Dental Care group in Dublin.
This role is on a casual contract basis, working on average 2 days per week.
At Dundrum Dental Surgery, our patients tell us that we are ‘a different type of practice’… gentle dentists that love helping their patients, a genuine and welcoming team, the very best in modern dentistry, and an ambience that is calm, comfortable and relaxing.
We are situated on the Main Street of Dundrum Village. We are 12 Main St, directly opposite Lidl, and situated between AIB and Carroll’s opticians.
About you
Duties include covering reception throughout the day, checking in and out patients, collecting payments and looking ahead in the diary to manage and ensure diary is booked correctly. All of our team are pro-active.
Managing recalls, phone management and dealing with patient email and sms enquiries along with dealing with all New Patient enquiries.
