Description:
We are looking to appoint a Part-time (80% FTE) Communications and Administration Assistant to support NIHR Mental Health Research Incubator within the TOPIC group (led by Professor Cathy Creswell). The NIHR Mental Health Research Incubator (MHR Incubator) supports capacity building in applied mental health research through a number of different career development programmes for mental health researchers. The post is based in the Department of Experimental Psychology in Oxford
This post is for a fixed term (funded to 31 December 2025 in the first instance).
You will support all of the programmes through programme evaluation, programme administration and communications support. This will include: administration of the application and review process for all programmes, web and social media content production, financial administration, and collating and analysing feedback for programme evaluation.
You will be educated to A level or equivalent, and will have excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills. With h demonstrable experience of communication activities, and evaluation (using qualitative and quantitative data) you will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders. An interest in mental health research, and personal and professional development programmes would be desirable.
