REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with retail or e-commerce and a strong ability for product organization is preferred
• Demonstrated interested in creative projects related to photography, graphic design, and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Google Drive and the Google Suite of applications
• This role requires in-person presence at our West Loop Office every Tues and Thurs 9am-5pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Content Assistant. This role involves coordinating biweekly product photoshoots, managing model bookings, understanding incoming and existing products, and maintaining organization of our digital assets to help us produce gorgeous on brand content across all of our brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate shows a demonstrated interest in creative projects and is looking to contribute to a leading women-owned ecommerce brand. They will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and coordinate biweekly product photoshoots
• Understand the incoming product schedule and existing product catalog in order to efficiently support our marketing plan
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Coordinate with modeling agencies or freelance models to book talent for photoshoots, considering diversity and inclusivity in casting
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of photoshoots, including organizing products for shoots with support from the Operations, Marketing and Product Teams
• Using Google Drive to maintain an organized digital filing system for photos and other assets
• Assist with setting up products for photoshoots
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Social Media Manager and Marketing Team as a whole, to ensure consistency in brand visual aesthetic across all content
