THE ORGANISATION

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic part-time Executive Group Assistant for our client, a global leader in the Technology sector. Located in North Sydney, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organisation with a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The role offers a high level of flexibility requiring you to work a minimum of 3 days per week (flexible hours) with 1 day per week from the office in North Sydney.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a similar role supporting 1 to multiple executives
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation
  • Experience with complex diary and travel management (across multiple time zones)
  • Exposure to expense policies and timeframes
  • High proficiency using MS Teams (essential), Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote
  • A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Calander management across multiple time zones
  • Complex travel management across multiple time zones
  • Expense management across multiple currencies
  • Events management including offsites and digital events across the APAC region (including troubleshooting)
  • Onboarding of new team members
  • Drafting of professional emails/coms on behalf of senior executives.
