Description:

The ideal candidate for this File Clerk position will be comfortable with performing various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. Your responsibilities
- Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines
- Coordinate file management, including gathering and indexing, with other departments and employees
- Perform all things related to quality control related to proper document filings
- Fax, archive, scan, file, and word processing
- Using allotted time frames, retrieve data
- Must be capable of answering questions about records and files
- Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects
- Less than one year of experience required
- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Scanning Invoices experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of e-Filing
- Strong familiarity with scanning
- Command of filing
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Familiar with handling office equipment
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required of all applications for this position
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
