GSF Properties Inc. is looking to hire an individual to join our team as a Part-Time Grounds Technician in Salinas, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!
REQUIREMENTS FOR GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:
- Minimum 1 year of current and proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent Customer Service
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.)
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available to work 24-25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:
- Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
- Build rapport with customers - You’ll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
- Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
