Job Description
This is a part-time 20 hour p/w role working as an administrative assistant, supporting the Assistant General Counsel of a global company in a range of administrative support tasks.
Excellent English language skills are essential, as is a positive, can-do attitude, an intelligent, professional approach and prior experience either as a legal secretary, a paralegal or administrative assistant in Luxembourg.

Tasks may include:

  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, conferences, business seminars, luncheons and other corporate hospitality events
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and assists in making travel arrangements.
  • Prints e-mails and legal documentation for Executive signature and review
  • Organizes DHL/Fedex sending and receipts.
  • Drafts correspondence, edits documents and takes corrections from manager in new version of documents
  • Performs other related duties and managing projects as assigned
  • Contributes to creating a positive environment for effective team communication.

The team has a strong collegiate atmosphere, and the GC undertakes all the corporate legal work in Luxembourg, liaising with external lawyers, third parties and international offices.
