RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines, with a focus on Planogram compliance and maximizing promotional space
• Merchandise FMCG products for optimal visibility in store
• Optimize replenishment of stock on display units and sections
• Communicate with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives
• Capture before and after photographs
• Communicate with the store manager before leaving to ensure satisfaction with completed work
• Build strong relationships with all parties to foster teamwork
• Support product launches and promotions across all serviced brands

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• A full, clean driving license is preferable but not essential
• Familiarity with technology
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Some merchandising or retail experience is preferable but not essential
• Hardworking, polite, and professional demeanor
• Good attention to detail
