Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Office Administrator, your primary function is to help and assist the directors, and senior consultants, with their day-to-day duties.
Equally important, you’ll assist with upkeep of the office, basic bookkeeping, basic debtors and creditors, record keeping, basic OH&S, basic social media activity, basic spreadsheet maintenance etc.
This role is Mon-Fri approximately 3 hours per day. 8am start on office days (Mondays and Wednesdays), Fridays are voluntary to be in the office.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • At least 4+ years Office Administration experience (Recruitment agency or sales office background a strong advantage)
  • Good Xero skills
  • Good Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Very good Computer skills preferably Apple Mac experience.
  • Above average IT skills and strong IT comprehension to learn new software and tools.
  • A dedicated and private work from home office space.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent level English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Any CRM / ATS software experience a very big advantage.
