Description:
Hours: Part-Time, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2-3 times a week on average. The week is shared with another person.
Salary: 120 DKK/hour
Famly is searching for a part-time Office Assistant to join our Office Management Team. We need a dependable person/student with a flexible schedule to share this position with our fabulous current assistant. The plan is for you to work 2-3 days a week for 6 hours a day, but we will find the best arrangement. You will need to occasionally cover each other for illness, vacations, etc.
The Office Assistant role has a big impact on our world and we encourage you to be yourself and bring your good energy and ideas to our team. The Office Assistants keep our kitchens and offices tidy, well-stocked and running smoothly, remove the trash, receive food orders and set up the daily lunch buffet. You will receive stock deliveries, maintain the inventory and help manage the budget. We have a bunch of social events at the office as well. You will take part in arranging and driving these as well as the ordering and practicalities for the execution. We also have A LOT of plants around here, they too need care.

Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Help with the planning of Office Parties and other social activities
Water plants and cut away brown leaves
- Unload the dishwasher and clean up any remaining dishes from the night before in the 2nd and 3rd floor kitchens
- Bring down plates and coffee cups from 3rd floor as needed
- Scan the bathrooms and kitchens are tidy and stocked for the day and empty the bins
- Receive the lunch order and set up the daily lunch buffet as well as clean up after it
- Update manager about inventories and supply needs
- Put together furniture and put up shelves, displays, etc. as needed
- Maintaining closets and stockrooms
- Twice a week our offices are cleaned by an outsourced company twice a week.
