QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar marketing role.
• With at least +7 years of experience in Design, market/industry research, and data management
• Creative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and initiative.
• Customer service powerhouse.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Compensation: 1,600 AUD/month (paid twice a month), 32 hours/week
• Schedule: Within Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Melbourne Business Hours
• Availability: Start ASAP
• Location: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing - Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and ideas to promote business growth and brand awareness.
• Business Statistics and Planning - Analyze business statistics and create comprehensive plans to enhance business performance.
• Human Resources - Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and performance management.
• Reporting - Create detailed business reports for review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Team Coordination - Regularly check in with team members to ensure tasks are on track and provide support as needed.
• Accountability - Keep the executive accountable for their tasks and deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow and goal achievement.
