Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager in running 5 monthly payrolls for 500+ employees
- Liaising with the HR department and the wider business to keep payroll and benefit details up to date
- Processing starters and leaver and calculating pro rata payments
- Issuing P45’s and final payslips
- Analysing and resolving pay queries and providing information when required
- Processing payroll calculations including manual calculations when needed
- Reconciliation of payroll and supplying month end reporting
- Calculating Payroll from end to end
- Balancing and paying PAYE across to HMRC monthly
- Being committed to maintaining payroll legislation knowledge
- Reconciliation of Pension contributions/Court Orders for Third party payments including Auto enrolment duties
- Assist with Year End & P11D reporting
