Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager in running 5 monthly payrolls for 500+ employees
  • Liaising with the HR department and the wider business to keep payroll and benefit details up to date
  • Processing starters and leaver and calculating pro rata payments
  • Issuing P45’s and final payslips
  • Analysing and resolving pay queries and providing information when required
  • Processing payroll calculations including manual calculations when needed
  • Reconciliation of payroll and supplying month end reporting
  • Calculating Payroll from end to end
  • Balancing and paying PAYE across to HMRC monthly
  • Being committed to maintaining payroll legislation knowledge
  • Reconciliation of Pension contributions/Court Orders for Third party payments including Auto enrolment duties
  • Assist with Year End & P11D reporting
