General Summary:
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role tracking, scheduling, and reporting many tasks such as field service, budgets, settlement reviews and others within the operations department. The primary responsibility will be communicate internally amongst sales, operations and the finance departments, as well as maintain a productive relationship with our external contractors. . This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. The role also requires working 5 days per week 4 hours per day, morning/afternoon is flexible.
Responsibilities:

Master Schedule:

  • Maintain SPM schedule
  • Maintain Project Schedule & Notes
  • Manage and Create Task IDs

Field Service:

  • Coordinate onsite staffing arrangements for Bio, Industrial, and Energy verticals – Internal employees and external contractor services.
  • Initiate PO with Finance
  • UID Tags – Provide tags when requested. Manage inventory and restock as needed.
