PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
We are an independent, boutique family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside. We are recruiting for a part time Receptionist to join our busy team, the ideal candidate will be organised, quick thinking and have a friendly and welcoming manner, will need to be a good problem solver and able to prioritise workloads. this role will be for 30 hours a week - over 5 days and will include weekends, with the earliest start time of 7am and the latest finish time of 8pm.
Receptionist - what’s involved?
- Meeting and Greeting guests
- Checking hotel guests in and out giving excellent standards of customer service
- Answering calls from the main switchboard
- Taking reservations & dealing with email enquiries
- Driving guests to and from Kingsbridge House
Receptionist - Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is a must, experience as a hotel receptionist will be an advantage.
- All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
- An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
- Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts.
- Someone who can be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
- Must hold a UK Driving License.
