This ANZ based organisation offers a range of solutions to its customers and has a high level of expertise in their sector. They are looking for a part-time recruitment officer/advisor to join their friendly HR team in their Gold Coast Office.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible role based on the Gold Coast. You will be working out of their office, the role is 3 days per week, and they are flexible as to which days you work, or, if you prefer, you could do your hours across 4 or 5 shorter days to fit in with other responsibilities. They are looking for a candidate who can start on short notice, so you will need to be available to do a temporary assignment. It will pay a competitive hourly rate in line with the market, and you will be paid on a weekly basis.

YOUR NEW ROLE

This is an ongoing temporary contract for 2–3 months initially, to support the Head of HR with all aspects of recruitment. This will include advertising and sourcing roles, undertaking phone interviews and sitting in on interviews with hiring managers, managing the offer process and onboarding. You will also support with general recruitment and HR administration duties.
