- Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee and update our CRM to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead Follow-Up: Maintain active engagement with leads and companies we’ve sent quotations to, ensuring a smooth and persistent communication flow.
- Quotation Assistance: Aid in preparing and managing quotations, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
- Outreach: Reach out to potential customers, presenting our services and establishing initial contact.
- Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing activities to promote our agency, increase visibility, and attract potential clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to demonstrate effective customer engagement and outreach strategies.
- Education: Higher education in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Attributes: A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently. Must be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
