At Starbucks, by The Magic Bean Company, your voice matters and your passion for customer service is brewed into everything we do. We’ve been operating Starbucks stores across the UK for nearly 10 years, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a supervisor.
Find your place at Starbucks where you’ll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create our Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service and beverages, delivering best moments and operational excellence.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of our dynamic stores, a typical day could include:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners and delivering the Starbucks Experience for our team and customers
  • Inspiring and motivating the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and addressing any that arise to optimise the customer experience
  • Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards
  • Delivering legendary customer service to all customers with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for your customers and partners
  • Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties.
  • Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for till usage and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.

All our store employees (we call them partners, as everyone is equally important and valued) begin their careers with an introductory in-store training programme led by our amazing in store trainers, designed to immerse you in the Starbucks culture and set you up for success.

In return, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Rewarding Magic Partners benefits that include:

  • Bonus schemes
  • Free beverages and 75% discount on food when you’re working
  • 30% discount on all food, beverages and merchandise at all other times across every Starbucks in the UK
  • Comprehensive training and access to Starbucks Global Academy (our online learning platform to help continuously develop yourself)
  • Discounts with local and national retailers (grocery shopping, gym memberships, entertainment tickets, hotels, etc.)
  • Partner of the month
  • Long service rewards
  • Opportunity to grow your coffee knowledge and earn the coveted Coffee Master black apron
  • Refer a friend
  • Great long-term career opportunities
  • …and much more!

Starbucks is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce. So, if you’re looking for a new opportunity, with us you’ll be welcomed, you’ll be challenged, you’ll be inspired. Here you’ll be heard. Because here, you’re a part of it all. Here you belong.
