Responsibilities:

  • You will take on general secretarial tasks within the entire tax department, such as organizing meetings and events, travel arrangements as well as cost accounting, filing and document management
  • You will be responsible for general and technical correspondence in German and English, also according to phonetic dictation
  • You create and edit presentations
  • You will manage the library and order tax literature
  • You will compile specialist journals and risk management reports
  • Supporting and relieving tax and customs officers in their day-to-day business is also one of your tasks
  • You are willing to work on 5 days, including 3 afternoons

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in English
  • You have some practical work experience as an assistant
  • You have very good PC skills, including all common MS Office applications
  • You value trusting and cooperative teamwork
  • Interdisciplinary communication and organizational skills are among your strengths
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
