Our sunny team is looking for
Part time Team Leaders in Helsinki city center.
As a Hotel Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of cleaning services within the hotel. You will act as a service supervisor, providing support and encouragement to your team while implementing new ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will encompass organizing and supervising cleaning operations, managing schedules, providing training, and overseeing quality control measures.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Weekly working hours range from approximately 20 - 37.5 hours.

• The work environment is fast-paced and independent.

We expect from you:

• Must be of legal age
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry, particularly in hotel cleaning, is preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is advantageous
• Good physical condition and and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent English language skills are required, and proficiency in Finnish is a plus

The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement of the Real Estate Service Industry. Work starts according to contract.
