TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE ASSISTANT

(Part-Time, Permanent Position)
Dale Farm is a leading dairy company supplying a wide range of branded consumer products and food ingredients into the UK, Irish and international markets.
At Dale Farm, we believe our success is built on our people, and so as we embark on our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking to recruit the following position based at our Head Office, Belfast.

• Process vendor invoices using drag and drop tool.
• Vendor statement reconciliations.
• Liaising with purchasing managers across the business to resolve queries from vendors.
• Set-up of new vendors on a timely basis ensuring all required fields are completed.
• Run monthly creditors listings and formulate report for aged balances.
• Set of new vendors in line with due diligence process.
• Assist with the implementation of Business Central.
• Any other duties as required in Transactional Finance.
• Assist in identifying and implementing potential improvements in Accounts Payable.
• This role is on a part-time basis (21 hours per week)
