Description:

We’re seeking a highly valued Partner Account Manager (fluent in German and English) who will play a crucial role in the relationship management of Corporate and SMB partner accounts in the DACH region, including ensuring a steady pace of acquisition and overall partner’s health, retention, and growth.
We’re growing rapidly and welcome candidates located anywhere in Germany to join us in driving the future of business technology.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • minimum 3+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement;
  • outstanding organizational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with partners;
  • ability to identify and focus on their highest-revenue potential partners;
  • understanding of CRM and BPM applications, experience in executing business solutions;
  • understand key industry trends and dynamics;
  • experience in managing partners’ accounts;
  • strong personal network within the region;
  • driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales;
  • strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • fluent in German and English — both verbal and written;
  • self-motivated, result-driven, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
  • comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint;
  • professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
