• Proven success as a Corporate & Commercial Partner in a reputable law firm.
• A substantial and demonstrable client portfolio.
• Expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a legal team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Current practicing certificate with the relevant legal authorities.

• Lead and oversee the Corporate & Commercial practice within the firm, contributing to its strategic growth in both London and Milton Keynes.

• Provide strategic legal counsel in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters.
