Description:
As a Partner Development Manager at Anthropic, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our partnerships with systems integrators, reseller partners, technology partners and consulting partners to drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will craft joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, enable and train partner sales teams, streamline processes, create reporting, and build strong connections across organizations. Your work will maximize partnership performance through strategic programs as well as operational efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, including onboarding, training, success planning, strategic planning, and partnership expansion/renewal negotiations
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and enablement programs to drive revenue growth through partnerships
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of verified partners, aligning on shared goals, opportunities, and initiatives through regular business reviews and milestone management
- Foster executive relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations to understand their business challenges, gather feedback, and enhance the partnership strategy
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to enable and co-sell through partners, providing guidance, knowledge, and tools to effectively represent Anthropic’s value proposition
- Create and track KPIs, metrics, and reports to monitor partnership performance, progress against goals, and provide insights to senior leadership, fostering transparency and alignment
- Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner and deal management rooted in milestone management, KPIs, and alignment on opportunities of mutual interest
