It’s important to note that we maintain an in-office working policy, and we require candidates to either reside in Toronto or be open to relocating to the area and committing to a five-day-a-week in-office schedule.
We are hiring multiple people for the role of Growth Partner, available at two levels of seniority: Specialist and Lead. Each level offers unique growth opportunities within our organization.

Additional Qualifications for Lead Level Applicants (not required for Specialist candidates):
- Proven track record of driving growth through various marketing channels.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale teams effectively.
- Ability to negotiate, create and manage business deals, and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth.
- Zero to one experience in building new channels through founder-like sales experiences
Responsibilities:
- Identify different types of partners in our target countries that are mission-aligned and are in a position to help deserving talent
- Initiate & build lasting relationships with those partners
- Help our partners understand what Passage is, how it works, and how we can work together to make 1 and 1 = 3
- Help their teams understand how to use Passage properly and importantly, be able to advise people when Passage isn’t the best option for them
- Translate your learnings from speaking with partners, students, talents & others in local markets into better products, clearer messaging and thoughtful plans of how we can help more students in deeper ways
- Regularly review new product features, and relate these features to our partners’ businesses
- Monitor economic indicators, government policies and industry trends which impact your target regions
- Develop new sales strategies as needed to push the boundaries and ensure more families have the ability to access Passage’s financial solutions
- Analyze sales activities using our CRM reporting & other monitoring tools to develop plans to address targets and gaps
- Be excited to learn and use AI tools to increase your productivity and be able to do more to help our partners around the world
- Provide regular progress reports to ensure our targets are being met or exceeded.
