WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

The Box Legal team is looking for an attorney to join the Partner Legal group, which provides legal support and counseling for all of Box’s partnerships, including product/technology integrations that extend our capabilities, and go-to-market relationships that help expand our reach. You’ll report to the leader of the Partner Legal team and your role will focus on supporting Box’s growing partner ecosystem as well as drafting, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with new go-to-market and technology partners. You will also provide critical legal support to key business stakeholders. This role will be based in Redwood City, CA, Chicago, IL or Austin, TX.

• Draft, structure and negotiate agreements with resellers, system integrators and technology partners.
• Provide legal support for transactions involving Box partners.
• Advise business stakeholders on partner program policies and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with business leaders on updates and revisions to such policies where needed.
• Provide legal guidance for, and interpretation of, existing agreements.
• Work on projects to drive improvements to the partner ecosystem and train business stakeholders on legal issues.
