THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information systems / Data Science / Education or something similar
  • True motivation for the Academic Alliance mission and education
  • 3+ years of previous work experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Academic Alliance, or Software Training for a senior position
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with deans and faculty for top Computer Science, Engineering and Business programs, Celonis customers and partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Passionate about education and research
  • Engaging speaking presence (online or in person), positive attitude and ability to motivate others
  • Strong business acumen with evidence of prioritization, negotiating with deans and faculty members to communicate value
  • Track record of over-achieving targets and associated business objectives
  • Results-driven, tenacious, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Adjust efficiently to a hyper-growth company and an international team, including collaborating with team members in a remote setting
  • Fluency in German and English, further language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Celonis Academic Alliance is our global university and education program with the mission to educate the Process Mining workforce of tomorrow. With its academic DNA Celonis is particularly invested in educating the next generation of Process Miners and contribute to joint research and education in the field. The Academic Alliance is part of the Celonis Ecosystem Department. The team builds and grows education and research partnerships with academic institutions, develops and delivers a wide range of academic products and services, and organizes various community events. We match minds and markets by training future talents and bringing trained talent and thought leaders to our. Celonis customers and partners.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Define the Alliance Go-to-Market strategy delivering on near term targets to grow and scale the existing Academic Alliance motions with a focus on the DACH region
  • Build, maintain, and grow education and research relations with universities, colleges, and academic research institutions in the DACH region
  • Turn into a matchmaker between Celonis customers and partners and the academic world for talent building, co-innovation and co-selling projects
  • Be the face of Celonis in establishing a multi-faceted and trusted relationship with key institutions and faculty in the DACH region
  • Deliver Academic Alliance services including workshops, guest lectures, classroom support and other teaching related services
  • Become an expert in the Celonis technology, enable teachers to use Academic Alliance product and services in classroom and deliver ongoing support
  • Contribute to the global team’s mission to develop new Academic Alliance teaching products, programs and community events
  • Cooperate closely with the Ecosystem department and other Celonis functions to leverage the value of the Academic Alliance across the company
