Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with third-party integrators, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters
- Collaborate with integrators to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- In coordination with Service and Support, R&D, and Marketing, develop comprehensive training programs to educate integrators on best practices for battery integration into electric vehicles
- In coordination with Service and Support, R&D, and Marketing, develop training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure integrators are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
- Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures for battery integration processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure integrators adhere to quality guidelines and specifications.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with integrators to implement corrective actions.
- Design and implement a certification program for integrators to demonstrate proficiency in battery integration.
- Evaluate integrators’ performance against certification criteria and provide feedback for improvement.
- Issue certifications to integrators who meet or exceed established standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, quality assurance, and certification rates.
- Generate regular reports on partnership performance and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
