Job Description
As part of the Partner Marketing team, you will work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager to translate business goals from Go-to-Market plans into actionable integrated campaign strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.
Based on campaign briefs you generate, you will execute campaigns across all channels and track effectiveness, managing campaign budget, on time and on target. You will also support transfer and translation of campaigns on a global basis, working with regional market leads who adopt and execute campaigns within their regions. Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program objectives, integrating the right mix of demand generation tactics.
In addition, you will work very closely with internal marketing experts and external agencies as the primary lead in the development and delivery of campaign plans, assets, tactics and event execution. Therefore, we expect a sound & holistic understanding of most relevant marketing channels.
Jointly with the analytics team you will track, measure, and report on the global campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, implement and manage multichannel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing lead generation.
- Partner closely with the Partner Marketing Managers, Industry & Portfolio Marketing Experts, Sales and Portfolio & external Partner teams to execute and drive targeted marketing activities to achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, create meaningful data reports, and work on data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Able to understand wider business objectives and bring new ideas to life to drive excitement within the organization.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a marketing and/or communications role in a B2B business executing multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in IT industry
- Master’s in Business Management in Marketing is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in campaign concepts, digital lead generation campaigns and market communications
- Experience in planning and execution of trade shows, customer events and webinars
- Quick and efficient decision-making and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence contributors across functions
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and cost-effectively work with external vendor
- International and cultural mindset for the different markets we operate in
- Work independently and in a results-oriented manner and enjoy taking responsibility for projects
- Communicative, creative, and ambitious personality
