Description:

Are you a Partner Marketing professional seeking a dynamic role? Keepit is in search of an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our Field & Channel Marketing team in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your primary focus will be executing our partner-first Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across the DACH & UK/I regions.
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing plans with our Focus Partners, driving pipeline growth, revenue generation, and enhancing brand awareness in the DACH and UK/I regions. This entails fostering strong relationships with local marketing and sales teams and positioning Keepit as the preferred SaaS data protection vendor.
Your collaboration extends to working closely with the Global Marketing Team, contributing to the development of digital marketing concepts and campaigns tailored for partners, including participation in events and conferences.
Integral to the role is the management of regional partner marketing budgets, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF), with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Channeltivity, considered an asset.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
  • International Collaboration: Ability to facilitate interdisciplinary virtual collaboration across EMEA DACH & UK/I regions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Mastery of sales and marketing strategies, establishing effective collaboration with focus partner sales, field, and marketing teams.
  • SaaS and B2B Demand Generation: A deep understanding of marketing channels to support partners in activating customers and reaching new prospects.
  • Commercial and Structured Mindset: Ability to reprioritize tasks, establish new channel processes, and manage multiple projects with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:
    Passionate about contributing to a fair and fun work environment, aligned with Keepit’s ambitious goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in channel marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects within budget.
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B IT channel partners, lead nurturing, demand generation, and channel marketing ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25%+ in the DACH and UK/I regions.

Responsibilities:

Your role extends beyond partner marketing to developing integrated channel programs, managing communications plans for partners, and identifying impactful regional event and sponsorship opportunities.
You will play a crucial role in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of all campaigns & programs for closed-loop measurement, ensuring that goals align with overall budget planning.
