Responsibilities:

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will own the creation, development, and execution of the go-to-market strategy and associated set of programs (campaigns, collateral, events, PR, etc.) to support the Unisys Alliance and Reseller partner program and execution. You will have the unique opportunity to drive new programs from the ground up and make a positive impact on our partners’ experience through direct interactions and communications.

In this role, you will work closely with the Unisys Alliance Partners team and the Unisys Sales team, as well as with the various Unisys business units for both the creation and execution of programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop marketing strategy, partner give-gets framework, planning and execution for solutions & programs for business messaging, including messaging, positioning & narratives as well as additional outbound marketing to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance the partner marketing plan framework oriented around both “market-to” (including both sell-in and train/educate), “market-with”, and “market-through” programs and initiatives.
  • Co-create the business and marketing plans for assigned partners while aligning with sales, executive sponsors, and solution marketing leaders.
  • Monitor and set KPIs measuring the success of the partner marketing program, ongoing campaigns, and joint marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Unisys marketing team (solution marketing, demand gen, events team, PR, etc.) to ensure alignment with the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive the creation (and/or derivative updates) of sales enablement training, collateral, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns to support joint initiatives.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the top Unisys partner’s communication channels, MDF process, funding opportunities and governance, sales structure, and leadership vision.
  • Create strategic narratives and integrated marketing plans with our top partners, including campaigns, digital activities, go-to-market plans, events, and compelling, integrated content (e.g. narrative, messaging, presentations, collateral, videos, pitch decks).
  • Increase both internal Unisys and external market awareness of Unisys’s partner opportunities and help to grow our base of highly successful partners.
  • Help land and execute key experiential and transactional marketing campaigns with our Partners to drive sales across our product portfolio as well as enable and empower the field execution team with the right amount of strategic guidance and coaching.
  • Identify trends in partner activity to anticipate long-term partner marketing needs as well as potential risks to propose appropriate creative marketing adjustments as needed.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years senior B2B marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference for marketing, communications, or business degree.
  • Channel/partner ecosystem experience required; track record of working closely with partners in the technology industry.
  • Expertise in planning integrated and joint marketing campaigns with KPIs.
  • Strong writing and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strategic thinking, ability to define a vision, set goals, and objectives, and work across virtual teams and organizations (internally and externally) to achieve well-defined outcomes.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of an organization.
  • Digital marketing experience (inbound and outbound), including data-driven analysis, messaging, positioning, and narrative development.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up-like environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple time zones and teams.
