JOB DESCRIPTION

Experian Consumer Services is looking to hire a Partner Operations Manager for the Experian Consumer Solutions - Marketplace business unit. This position is responsible for providing operational support for our Marketplace partnership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 plus years of partner operations experience
  • Exceptional project management expertise
  • Process development and process optimization experience
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and experience making data driven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and successfully work across a large matrixed organization
  • Excellent business operations skills (business analysis, financial/invoicing experience, data file processing, etc.)
  • Prefers a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • Self-starter, fast moving, flexible and adaptable
  • Strong preference for experience in the financial lead gen industry
  • Strong preference for partner relationship management experience

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and track high impact partner initiatives
  • Resolve partner related operational issues in a timely manner
  • Prep materials and talking points for partner outreach initiatives
  • Develop, document and communicate best practices
  • Establish and optimize standardized process and procedures
  • Coordinate with account management and data analytics to streamline and automate data reporting integrations and monitor timeliness of data loads
  • Account team training on new processes and tools
  • Financial administration (invoice issue research, credit processing, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Attend product meetings and communicate status of open items and new projects to partner team
  • Act as a liaison with cross-functional team members and represent the voice of the partner
  • Coordinate contract addendums and other legal administration activities
  • Special projects assigned by leadership
