Role overview
Are you a Partner frustrated at your current firm, or perhaps a Senior Associate / Associate without the latitude required to develop and grow your own brand and practice. Our client is looking for you!
Our client is a profitable professional practice with a friendly and collegial atmosphere. The practice has grown progressively over the years and is now looking to offer an attractive partnership prospect to a senior level lawyer who genuinely backs their own abilities. With continued growth in mind, they are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Partner or Associate (with client base) to join their expanding practice. They are also open to Sole Practitioners who may be wishing to wave goodbye to the back-office administration burden.
Whilst this practice is commercially focused, and referrals would be available, there is potential for candidates working in any specialty. Ideally, you will have strong technical expertise in your chosen area, commercial acumen, and a willingness to merge your clients into the firms existing base.
This is a rare opportunity to advance to partnership level, within a progressive practice that is proud to serve a variety of long standing and reputable Christchurch / Canterbury clients.
