JOB SUMMARY:

The Partner Success Specialist will play a crucial role in forging robust partnerships, ensuring seamless onboarding, effective account management, and ongoing partner support. This role is pivotal in enhancing ChargEV’s mission of expanding the EV charging infrastructure, focusing on partner needs and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Proven experience in partner management, account management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in the EV sector and familiarity with charging infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. It’s desirable if any background in EV or green technology sectors

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage all aspects of partner onboarding, including training and support.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing strategic insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner offerings and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Stay informed about EV market trends and communicate relevant insights to partners and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for partner growth and retention.
