Partnership Matters Executive

Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Partnership Matters Administrator/Executive to work with the Partnership Matters Senior Manager and Partnership Matters Manager to execute and deliver on the full range of partner-related initiatives. The role would involve direct interface with the partners and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for assisting in administering all aspects of partnership matters for the Firm.

They will help to project manage the step plan and timetables for the various Partners’ Nomination and Election Processes and Review Processes by:

• drafting timetable and step-plan;
• liaising with Finance team for financial forms / reports/ information;
• scheduling meetings;
• collating evaluation materials;
• preparing draft email communications;
• liaising with senior stakeholders; and
• working with the global performance management team to set up online forms (where necessary) and follow-up to ensure 100% completion rate.

They will maintain and update Partnership Agreements and Principals’ retirement database and other systems as necessary, and liaise with various Global Teams for matters relating to Partnerships, Firm Management and JAO Principals’ Meetings. They will also assist with various matters relating to the Compensation Committee and Principal Compensation process.
