Responsibilities:
- Identifying Potential Partnerships: extensively researching suitable partners, such as software providers or opportunities in the corporate Fleet and Leasing Market, building and nurturing (long-term) relationships with them.
- Negotiating Partnership Agreements: aligning interests between Shiftmove and potential partners by designing partnership agreements that are flexible yet detailed, accommodating varying scenarios and long-term scalability.
- Integrating Partners into Existing Operations: ensuring seamless integration of new partnerships with internal GTM Teams (prosumer marketing, customer support, and product development) by adapting existing systems and processes, which may involve technological integrations or workflow adjustments.
- Sustaining and Growing Partnerships: providing continuous support and management of partnerships, addressing challenges as they arise, and fostering relationship growth.
- Performance Measurement: regularly evaluating the performance and ROI of partnerships by establishing clear metrics and reporting, and adjusting strategies for maximum impact if needed.
