REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Power BI and CRM software (Salesforce).

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Assistant to join our growing team at Minerva, an early-stage startup in the fintech space. You will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of Partnerships in managing and nurturing our strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for fintech. This role will report to the VP of Strategic Partnerships. This is a full-time remote role, with occasional (quarterly) in-person opportunities to meet and get to know the rest of the team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Assist the VP of Partnerships with maintaining partnership databases and records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
  • Coordinate partnership meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute partnership-related documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and presentations.
  • Assist in the identification and research on potential partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities to support partnership development efforts.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence, emails, and follow-up communications with partners and stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners, including gathering required documentation and facilitating communication between internal teams.
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to the VP of Partnerships and other leaders.
