Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Key Account Manager, EMEA to join our team. In this role, you will specialise in driving partnerships revenue within the dynamic EMEA region. You will foster and manage key partner relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.
As a crucial member of our Partnerships team, you have a genuine opportunity to accelerate growth and make a significant impact. You will be at the forefront as we continue to build out our partnerships value proposition within the region and globally. An ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a passion for building and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partnerships key accounts, unlocking and optimizing performance of the relationships that have been built via sales channels to corporates, tech platforms and sports sponsorship partners.
  • Collaborate with Partnership team members and cross-functional teams, including marketing & sales, to tailor commercial solutions that meet the mutual goals of OFX and our partners.
  • Support the negotiation and finalisation of deals, ensuring a smooth hand-over with a clear and timely activation plan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded partners, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to maximise OFX hosted events, designed to deliver maximum exposure to partner networks and audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery, ensuring partner satisfaction and retention through first class interactions.
  • Design, own and present regular update reports to senior management on performance metrics and client feedback.
  • Broadcast our successes using social platforms to inspire, curate and attract our next wave of partners.
