As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our client acquisition, with companies like DeepL, Soundcloud and Hotjar. This role is ideal for a marketeer with a strategic sales approach, or a sales person with a marketing mind, ready to forge lasting partnerships with potential clients, vendors, and agencies to accelerate our growth. You will be joining a team of 3, including the Chief Growth Officer (Isabel) and Content Creator (Hannah).

Responsibilities:
- Create Partnerships: the ultimate goal is to acquire new clients and increase revenue. So you will leverage our online & offline channels to attract and strengthen partner relations. Manage content, profile updates, and regular social media postings to maintain an active and engaging online presence. As well as organise and manage both remote and in-person events, ensuring they align with our company’s brand and objectives.
- Referral System: Design and implement both internal and external referral systems, capitalising on our strong industry relationships and the trust we’ve built to drive new client engagements.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community on platforms like Slack to foster relationships, gather feedback, and encourage active participation. Develop strategies to increase community interaction and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Utilise analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in our marketing efforts.
- System Building: Lead the development and implementation of marketing systems and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system integrates well with other business operations.
