Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, quality and acquire new BPO partners and determine the best program fit for them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end and coordinate effective communication channels with partners.
  • Plan and manage go-to-market initiatives with BPOs as well as marketing and partner enablement activities together with other departments as required
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to drive partner success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the partner program.
