We are looking for a Partnerships Assistant to join our Partnerships team here at Harrods. Working with a dynamic and innovative team, you will work closely to help maximise revenue through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
We pride ourselves on our ability to create impactful campaigns that drive awareness and sales, aligning with brand objectives and standards, which this role will be essential in supporting. As the Partnerships Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping optimise revenue generation through various partnerships channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with brand both over phone and face-to-face to secure brand support for partnerships campaigns and other marketing opportunities.
- Managing post-campaign reports and ensuring excellent communication with clients to meet all expectations and gather necessary information.
- Overseeing the smooth running of in-store and digital campaigns, ensuring client needs are met and projects are executed to the highest standard within deadlines.
- Supporting the Partnerships Manager in creating bespoke presentations and proposals in response to brand partner interests and objectives.
- Tracking booking, channels, and timings to reflect brand investment in media plan format.
- Collaborating with our internal creative, publishing, CRM and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of all media activities.
- Copy chasing for booked media to ensure artwork for campaigns is received on time.
