THE OPPORTUNITY
McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada is seeking a dynamic and skilled Partnerships & Procurement Manager to support our portfolio of vendors within the people space. This role is crucial to ensuring we can deliver a strong employee experience, via partnership with staffing agencies, who are effectively integrated and managed, a Fleet Management partner provider who delivers a compelling program, Service Awards, and more.
As a values-driven franchisor, we aim to strengthen our support for both Owner/Operators and our McOpCo partners by streamlining international recruitment processes. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a leader who can provide expertise and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Supply Chain, Owner/Operators, Corporate Staff, and external agencies and/or vendors.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an organized and proactive professional with experience in procurement and partnership management. You have a customer-service orientation and can effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You possess strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to analyze problems and present viable solutions. Your experience in handling vendor relationships and vendor management processes make you a perfect fit for this role.
