We are looking for a talented Parts Administrator to join our team based in Perth.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Uploading invoicing into customer portals
  • Facilitate customer credits and recharges
  • Parts parts payroll
  • Action account payable
  • Assist the team with freight quotes
  • Provide administration supporting as required including banking, audit compliance, facility maintenance and document control

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Have previous Administration experience
  • High levels of customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
